- [For Different Spices] The maximum grinding size is 5mm, suitable for a variety of different spices. Himalayan sea salt, pepper, herbs, peppercorns, or any other spice will work. If the grinder becomes difficult to grind, especially on fine settings, try clearing the mechanism. Turn the mill upside down, screw the nut to the roughest position, and twist the top. This will release any large pepper or salt crystals that may have settled.
