Afrin is better
I used to buy Afrin pump mist from Sam's but Sam's replaced it with Vicks Sinex. One spray per nostril of Afrin used to be sufficient to get a good night's sleep. With Vicks Sinex, I wake up before morning with a stuffy nose. Afrin and generic oxymetazoline are both more effective than Vicks.
