Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Plus Padding for Relief of Corns/Calluses, 3 ct

I use these to train for and walk marathons. They are the only thing that works for me. I've bought everything imaginable. For some reason I can walk up to about 8 miles and then I begin to get hot spots on the soles of my feet. I found these and they fixed the problem. I've tried other brands and they don't work the same. Some brands are too thick. If you need a thick padding, try something else. That's why they call them skins. I take one sheet, cut it in half, trim the corners and stick them on the soles of my feet. I put on my socks and shoes and I am good to go the distance. One warning, don't use lotions or moisturizers on your feet before putting these on. Avoid lotions even the night before because the residue will cause the moleskin to slip when they get hot. You will learn how to place them for the best use. I take them with me when I travel in case I need them for other sore spots that might show up from different shoes too. The other brands are not the same. I have to order these online because they are hard to find in my area for some reason.
