Safety 1st Travel Everywhere Car Seat Carry Bag, Black, Infant & Toddler, Unisex

I wish I had one of these sooner! I received this Safety First Travel Everywhere Car Seat Bag from Stellar Product Testing Panel and I couldn't be happier with it. First of all, I appreciate the simple black design of the bag. There are no funky patterns or crazy colors. Sometimes (almost always), less is more. The bag was very simple to use and anyone can figure it out. It probably took me 30 seconds to fit my car seat in, zip it up and clip on the backpack straps. Our car seat is a Safety 1st convertible car seat and it is quite heavy. This bag is so well made that it didn't feel uncomfortably heavy to carry on my back as I expected that it would. I think my favorite part of this product is the fact that it is a versatile product that will last us a while. I can use it with our other car seats and it is nice to know that this bag is not only compatible with the Safety 1st brand.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat travel bag to try in exchange for my honest review. I was very excited to receive this product because it is something I will be needing for upcoming airplane travel. I haven't been able to test it out traveling yet but I will be happy to add to my review after I do. It appears to be a very good sized bag for convertible type car seats. The instructions say it fits almost all safety first convertible car seats. I plan to use it for another brand convertible. The size of the bag is large but with contoured edges it doesn't appear too huge or bulky. The water resistant material seems thick and sturdy, similar to a heavy duty backpack without padding. The backpack straps are thick and nicely padded, similar to quality backpack straps. The zippers are metal and appear durable. I like that it has a thick and sturdy handle at the top and sides when not being used as a backpack. I like the backpack design because we do not have more hands to deal with more rolling luggage and/or rolling car seat travel bags during airport travel, so this design is a huge win for me. I plan to feed a luggage carry strap through the handle to attach this bag to my luggage. Otherwise if baby is in the stroller or front carrier, this could be worn as a backpack. One thing I already noticed I wish it had was a chest strap like quality backpacks have to help 1) keep heavy backpack loads from slipping straps off shoulders and 2) distributing weight evenly of heavy backpack loads. I can however see how that would be cumbersome to stow nicely away in the current strap stowing spots of the design. Perhaps a slim zip enclosure strap compartment would be a better design because I wonder if the straps would indeed stay stowed in current design pouches. Thank you Safety First yet again for making a very quality and well thought out product that is offered at an affordable price point. I am happy to have this!
