Alpine Corporation Outdoor 3-Tier Tree Trunk Water Fountain with LED Lights

The fountain arrived on time and packed securely. The fountain is a great addition to our Catio. Got it set up in no time with very easy to understand directions. I was sure to test everything prior to filling it and it worked perfectly. Got it filled, turned the pump on and it performed just as it should. I followed the directions and set the pump for the lowest flow setting and haven't seen the need to adjust it any higher. The only issue I ran into and I had read this problem on another review as soon as I turned the LED lights on after it was filled one light on the bottom pond was out. So I decided to text customer service about the problem. I got a reply and a phone call in about 4 hours. The representative Amor was wonderful! She understood my issue and had me send her the obvious information of my contact info, proof of purchase, and a picture of the non working light and I was able to send it to her all by text! Super easy!! Within a few minutes of sending her the information she had my claim open and it wasn't even an hour after that I got a notification that a shipping label had been created for the replacement. Now as of this review I honestly don't know if I'm just getting a new light or a whole new fountain, but it doesn't really matter. All I can say is kudos to Alpine for their awesome customer service! Like any fountain you have to regularly check the water level. I just connected the power to a smart outlet so I could set up a schedule to have the lights turn on sunrise to sunset and the fountain to shut off at bedtime and turn back on in the morning.

I love the fountain! It has a very pleasant sound and an appealing outdoorsy look. The led lights up at night and looks awesome.
