Next Step To Eyeliner
I've always been a comfort zone of black eyeliner only the next bold color was green for me so gave it a try I have oily skin and I've waisted sooo much on different liners since NYC eyeliner have changed and discontinued some. The tip brush is easy to put on, the color isn't too shiny, the color is perfect and the last it's great and good. Can't wait to try a lighter color.
