These Pillow protectors are a great value. 100% cotton %26 creates a layer from the filling in your pillows- letting are flow thus not heating up your pillow. They also keep the filling exactly where it needs to be. Our puppy was an aggressive chewer %26 would chew the corners of our pillows %26 pillow cases allowing the filling to fall out. We'd scoup it all up %26 put it back into the pillow %26 sew it up ( My Pillow pillows to costly to pitch %26 buy again)Everyday we were scooping %26 stuffing %26 sewing. A definite pain! So I purchased these protectors- they have a zipper so it's much easier to keep the filling snug in the pillow. And since my pillows are machine washable we throw the pillows in the protectors in the washer %26 dryer. Our dog still likes to chew on the pillows, but, with the zipper on the protector she doesn't like to chew on that end.
