It's a very sturdy bed, I personally didn't build it nor was present during the assembly of the bed. The bed frame itself is sturdy and no troubles so far.

This bed is adorable! I was really impressed with how easy it was to assemble. It took maybe a maximum of 20 minutes. If you have younger kids and are looking on ways to save space I defiantly recommend this bed.
