everything went ok for a while then...the hardware screws proveded were too long, pre drilled holed not big enough. I could not get the side legs nor the top slats tightened enough. long story, get help frome someone who has a drill and muscles. I have assembled many pieces of furniture but this was the hardest. overall it looks nice, is functional for what I needed, but maybe could use improvement at the factory end of things.

Some of the instructions were missing and there were a few pieces of wood that didn't fit properly together, so I had to drill new holes and screws to make it work.

Package missing vital assembly support components

I laid it out on the floor and discovered the 2 %237 boards are missing. This is a crucial part of the frame as it is the center support from the top to the bottom. On top of that, the assembly instructions are in a foreign language with no English instructions. If I knew what size these boards are supposed to be, I could drive across town to try to match them. Now I have to be creative and wing it.
