I despise kitchen gadgets and bulky single use small appliances. The Zwilling storage bags have changed my world! I can store and track the use of all my food. At the grocery store and wondering if I have enough chicken in the freezer for tonight's dinner? I just check the app and see not only what's in the freezer, but the pantry and fridge too. Zero food waste! I'm sticking everything I can find in a bag. It's my funnest kitchen toy. The components are easy to store and not bulky.

A great was to preserve freshness

I bought the ZWILLING vacuum pump and the S M and L storage bags just before Christmas. I sealed cheeses, meats. bagels, leftover turkey, apples, avocados - so many foods. This extended the shelf life of all of these. When you can buy ahead and keep the freshness it makes holiday planning much simpler. I froze leftover turkey pie in ramekins and then vacuumed the frozen portions. The only thing that didn't work was lettuce!
