Came quickly, exactly what I ordered and priced very reasonable. Will be ordering another one. My cats went to it so quickly. The design like a faucet caught their attention. It was a matter of time they went to it. It came with one filter. Order more filters for it so you dont go without them. It is a great product for your cat. Healthy water and happy cat. It had a good length of a cord. Wish it came with extra filters.
