Love these blinds!

It took several hours to charge up the blinds initially. That was hard for me (impatient) to wait because I was excited to test them out. Next hurdle was making sure I had a working battery in remote.Once I had my ducks in a row these blinds are stunning and so cool!!

Great product and great customer service

Yoolax provided an excellent product with great customer service. Install was easy, but I had a little trouble programming the upper and lower bounds and they provided all the help I needed with great service. I had theses blinds now for over a year and they work and look great. My daughter was recently playing aggressively with the door and one of my blinds fell off and a side piece broke. I emailed yoolax and within a few days they sent me replacement parts at no extra charge. I highly recommend them for their great product and great customer service.

Great Blinds, Great Customer Service!

I Had priced out motorized blinds that would work with my Smartthings environment and the closest I could come in price locally was twice as much as these blinds.I was hesitant since I had never purchased something that was customized from online and I was not sure how these would function or look. I ended up purchasing one blind for a small window to test it out before I spent thousands on the rest of the blinds.The test blind showed up in about a week, much faster then the estimate which was nice.Once received it was easy to mount and get setup with Smartthings. There is a small learning curve in regards to reprogramming it but after a few attempts I was able to figure it out and fine tune the open and close limits.After a week or so of testing I decided to purchase 17 more blinds for the rest of the house. Some of these were for doors, but the majority were windows. It took a day and half to get them all installed, and there were no issues. I charged them all up and they all work great!I had one small issue with one of the blinds and so far their customer service is exceptional! they are fast to respond and really seem to care about making and selling a good product.If you are unsure about these blinds you should rest assured that these are just as good in looks and function as big name blinds that are twice the cost.
