stronger abs,core and grip

okay so this is not a 5 for all people because its weird weight, the material is like a strong tire but the sand shifts but not too bad it dont bother us because its all about that challenge the grip is good BUT it is challenging because it has no handles it makes your grip better and core strong especially back and abs so even though i am not a promoter of any product (only a customer) if i was you add it to your aerobics room or weight training rrom like we have, enjoy 20 lbs is best FOR US but we also have the 11lb as well

40lbs!

This is a heavy ball made to absorb kinetic energy. It is not intended to be used as a medicine ball. It is made of rubber and has a tread on it to make it easier to grip. It is also made to stay in place. It is 40 pounds, and people who like to work out with heavy weights will love it.

Great weight to start with!

If you've never played with a slam ball before, the 10-pound version is a good place to start. Make sure you choose a weight that's comfortable for you and that you can learn the movements with. I'm a beginner, and the 20-pound version was a little too heavy for me to start with, so I recommend starting with a lighter weight.
