Finger Strength Training

Well constructed, you can see and feel the quality. I purchased it to help improve my strength and stretch while playing the guitar. Following the instructions, it is helpful, takes very small amount of time each day and gives my hand a workout feel. Would recommend to anyone who needs more strength in their hands.

Cheap design

There are several reasons this product fell short of being effective. 1) The bands are way too lite which requires you to do many more reps 2) The bands have a tendency to pull out of the holders, so you need to push them through to the other side, which causes it to be uncomfortable on the palm of your hand 3) The wrist band is not comfortable to start with and rides up on your hand when using 4) There is no way to shorten the thumb band and it's almost useless 5) The finger holes and bands are all the same. So your little finger will slide farther up the hole as you use it. Beyond that, there's not much out there other than this to perform the same function. It's a relative cheap option, along with a cheap design.
