The X-Over Bands come in a set up of 2 bands. Each band has a clip on one end and a handle on the other. These bands require anchors to use (with 2 anchor points, one for each band). After you clip each band to the anchor (either a door strap anchor set or a Power Rack anchor set) You then grab one band with each hand and begin working out. These bands replace the Cable Crossover Machine you find in any gym, but are much easier on your joints because resistance is used instead of weights.
