(Would give zero if I could) I had to order this bike twice, and both times I received the wrong bike. The box had the correct description on the outside, and the invoice inside matched my order, but the bike inside was completely different. This is unacceptable. It feels like either poor quality control or outright negligence. Extremely frustrating experience—I wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller.
