Not TTS at all
I got the size 7/8 and it does not fit my 8 year old whatsoever. It fits my 17 and 18 year olds. I've included a picture of the skirt on the 8 and 17 year old. The quality of the skirt is great. The buttons in the front all unbutton with snaps. There's an elastic band in the back making it easy for different waist sizes. The length goes past the fingers when the arms are on the side. Washing and drying according to the instructions makes no difference in the way it was originally made.
