This is definitely speeding up my healing process. Its very support on the top %26 especially the bottom however I did have to put a "house sock" in it to add some cushion. *back story* I twisted my ankle almost a month ago. Did I got to the hospital? No I thought I'd be good in a couple days, ha! Once I got past the the swelling stage the new issue was bending my foot. The ball of my foot would hurt when I would walk due to it bending %26 I couldn't walk on hard surfaces for too long without a well cushioned shoe. To stop it frm bending I would need a "boot" but I didn't want an open toe one thats when I stumbled across this one. %26 I must say it was instant relief!

This post op shoe is nothing short than amazing!! I was wearing the shoe that the podiatrist gave me, which didn't have that much protection for my foot. It really helped through the night when trying to navigate to the bathroom in dim lit areas of my house. No more stubbing my toes!! This shoe runs SMALL. I wear a size 7 1/2 - 8 1/2 women, and I ordered a Large.
