COOLING INSTRUCTIONS: FREEZER METHOD

1.   PLACE THE GEL PACK IN THE FREEZER FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS PREPARE TO USE

2.   INSERT THE GEL PACK INTO THE CLOTH COVER BEFORE APPLYING TO YOUR SKIN.

3.   APPLY THE GEL PACK, INSIDE THE CLOTH COVER, TO THE DESIRED AREA FOR A MAXIMUM OF 20 MINUTES AT A TIME

HOT WATER METHOD

1.   HEAT A LARGE POT OF WATER UNTIL IT REACHES A BOILING POINT,THEN REMOVE THE POT FROM HEAT

2.   CAREFULLY PLACE THE GEL PACK INTO THE HEATED WATER FIR 8-10 MINUTES, UNTIL IT HAS REACHED THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE

3.   PLACE THE GEL PACK INSIDE THE CLOTH COVER BEFORE APPLYING TO YOUR SKIN

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: MICROWAVE POWERS VARY, SO ESPECIALLY DURING FIRST USE, EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN HEATING MICROWAVE METHOD.   TOO MUCH HEAT CAN MAKE THE GEL PACK BURST, PLEASE STOP HEATING IF IT STARTS TO EXPAND LIKE A BALLOON.

1.   FLATTEN THE GEL PACK TO ENSURE THE GEL IS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.

2.   PLACE THE GEL PACK IN THE MICROWAVE ON FULL POWER FOR 30 SECONDS.

3.   VERY CAREFULLY CHECK THE GEL PACK FOR YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE.   IF THE GEL PACK IS TOO HOT,ALLOW IT TO COOL BEFORE.   IF GEL PACK IS NOT HOT ENOUGH, MICROWAVE FOR ADDITIONAL 10-SECOND INTERVALS UNTIL A SAFE,DESIRED TEMPERATURE IS REACHED.

4.   PLACE THE GEL PACK INSIDE THE CLOTH COVER BEFORE APPLYING TO YOUR SKIN.   RECORD THE TOTAL TIME NEEDED FOR MORE CONVENIENT HEATING IN THE FUTURE.
