Didn't expect basketball to come deflated.

It came deflated, and this is not an inexpensive basketball. I had ordered another one from Wilson at the same time and it came inflated. Walmart did have a better price. It's a gift for my grandson and it looks kind of sad deflated, but I don't know how to inflate it safely to the right standards.

This is my third Evolution bb purchase because they are a great bb. This one was different, it was the first time I ordered online, it was priced at only $83 instead of the normal asking price of $99 everywhere else. The item arrived in a small box and I'm thinking this is not what I ordered. Upon opening the box, I saw an Evolution bb but it was not inflated. After putting air in it everything looked ok until I took it to the gym to shoot. The ball did not bounce normal and did not have the feel I'm used to. I'm going to return it to Walmart.
