Its great to have on hand for a quick meal. I stirred in with baby potatoes, onion, carrots etc. that I steamed along with herbs and evoo in the microwave as didn't have time to roast in oven. It made for a hearty meal! I eat mostly plant food but made an exception and am glad I tried this!
