Whole Beef Brisket, Fresh, Boneless, Vacuum Sealed, 12.30 - 22.00 lb

I am still marinating this brisket to eventually make a pastrami. The meat looks real good. I trimmed a lot of fat off, but that is according to the cuisine artist. I will know more in another week or so. I am marinating this brisket in a heavily spiced brine, and experts say to go at least 6 or 7 days, but they also say that the longer the better. So, I am going for two weeks. I will write the rest of this review when it is finished and record my tastes of the brisket.

Best deal on beef. If you render down tallow this is an even better deal. I ended up with 5 pounds of fat on my last brisket. It turned out to be less than 5 dollars a pound for the beef. I cube it and cook 3 or 4 pounds at a time in instant pot. It shreds beautifully and is delicious. I store in 5 or 6 glass bowls in the freezer , and reheat in microwave for 3 minutes. The beef broth is delicious.
