Hilarious

Lasted not even a season, it is a satire by the great Mel Brooks, and it lives up to his high standards. It is funny and full of energy and pure silliness abounds. I much prefer this to the Men in Tights movie from the 90s. Ranks as one of the best single season comedies of all time. Police Squad! is still the best, though.
