How to use:

Although our quinoa is pre-rinsed to remove bitter saponins that are naturally found in quinoa, pre-rinsing before use is always a good idea. To start, use a 2:1 liquid to quinoa ratio. Bring to a boil, and reduce to low heat. Keep covered and allow quinoa to simmer for 15 minutes until cooked, or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
