I have a 4 lb dog. Even the smallest collar is too large, even with adjustment, but I made it work. It's still too large, but we deal with it. Thankfully, she doesn't have to wear it often. Thinking I will use a halter instead, but there is no place on one to attach an ID tag.

This collar is cheaper one but my dog is mostly an indoor dog. Fits him great. Color is bold nice. It is a thin material so better for small dogs than a bigger dog. But no issues clips on easy.
