The color is beautiful. It is not just one solid color… there are different hues of blue that make them look one of a kind - just like a foggy blue you would expect from the ocean. I love the deep brown rims and that each plate is not perfectly round.. almost like a shell is similar but not all exactly the same. They are sturdy, very natural and artsy at the same time. I love them including the bowls and the salad plates.

Completely satisfied. Thought about ordering 2 sets of different colors but I went with 2 sets of the same color and can appreciate the differences between the two. The description claims there can be differences because of the firing and I can pick out the 2 sets. I love the speckling and color gradient. The lip is high enough to protect your food from falling off and the edges don't cook themselves in the microwave. They do have nice weight but not too heavy. Delivered with no damage.
