Bought this phone for my Aunt who is in her 70s as a follow up to her four year old cellphone which was not working so well any more. This Verizon Prepaid Moto G 5G phone works great for her, her phone needs and how she uses it. It's very easy to use. She really appreciates the screen size. Call clarity is great on both sides - even in the middle of the grocery store. The user wears hearing aids and the call volume on this phone model works well for her. We are both very satisfied with this purchase. It was well worth the very reasonable price paid.
