Works great for a tripod!

This is a pretty solid design. You can adjust the leg angle as well as tighten the connection. Indoors it is nice for your camera and tripod. I also use a tripod with a softbox, but only with a speedlite. My full sized strobe needs a real stand and the Flashpoint Jr is what I use for that as it has it';s own wheels and much larger.

Why I Like The Dolly

It is ruggedly assembled and folds nicely into it's gag for storage. It rolls very smoothly & quietly which is a must when filming with audio being recorded. It locks into place firmly when required and is very stable in high wind conditions.Because some tripods are tall , they are wider at their bases so the dolly is limited , currently , to a small through medium sizing scenario and I would hope for a larger model in the future to accommodate my larger & taller tripod that handles larger cameras & lenses.I use this dolly every week now and would easily recommend it to a fellow photographer in a heartbeat. It is modestly priced and worth every penny I paid for it Thank You.

Inexpensive, Lightweight, Perfect

I would definitely recommend this dolly for two reasons: Price, Weight.If you are looking for durability, this is not for you, it feels cheap, mostly made out of metal except the knobs, which should have been metal also. Wheels are rubber, smooth as expected.Won't last you as long as a ($$ dollar Manfrotto, but, I happily traded durability for weight, and will happily buy another one when this breaks, hopefully not too soon.
