Better Than Boulion is fantastic for saving a meal from blandness!! ...been using this product for many years, and feel grateful for having it close to use!! As vegans, some BTB sauces are not used by me, BUT many are. The flavor/taste is deep and wonderful - one complaint is the amount of sodium. Some finished products have reduced sodium, and I try to use only them. When on a reduced-sodium diet, your doctor prefers that you limit salt. IF you've not tried Bette Than Boulion, please do.
