Leg opening runs small

Bought larger size to allow for shrinkage. Unfortunately, while the underwear was a bit too large, the leg openings were very very narrow making them uncomfortable to wear. Size of leg opening should correlate to size of panties. Most people wearing larger sizes usually do not have skinny thighs.
