VIZIO 43" Class 4K LED HDR Smart TV (V4K43M-08)

The picture and sound quality are excellent. There was no need to spend more money to get louder volume. Also Vizio is, like many new TVs, offering multiple options for streaming. The install by Hello Tech more than met my expectations. I got an appointment quite early for the install. I was not put on a waiting list. The tech arrived EARLY! WOW! And installed my TV on the wall of my apartment quickly and with no mess left behind for me to clean up. He was professional, courteous and thorough. What I did not like: I got very little help from the WalMart associates where I bought the TV in selecting the correct mounting bracket for this TV. The advice I got was" Our mounting brackets should fit all the TVs we sell." There were 2 types of brackets to choose from. Some common sense and reading the recommendations on the back of the TV box helped me make the right choice, NOT the 2 associates in the Hartwell ,Georgia Walmart electronics department. Neither associate asked me what type of TV I bought, how or where it was going to be mounted; only that the mounting brackets they sold should fit any of the TVs they sell. I was disappointed, and exasperated at their lack of concern for customer service. That is why they are there. If they cannot be more helpful, they need to be sent to other departments. They were NOT busy. In fact, I was the only customer in the electronic section and it was staffed by 2 people. I recommend that you seek help from other sources than the Hartwell GA WalMart store.

The best budget flatscreen television one can buy today. I returned a tcl because it couldn't keep up with the digital signal. It was like watching 15fps video. I have two Visios, a 70" I've had for years that works great also, and now this new one. This one is used as a secondary television and does that very well. I don't use the smart functions as they're useless when embedded.
