Short press the red button to switch the display manually, long press the red button to reset the monitor. Pedaling toward a healthy life.
The exerciser is for my husband who is semi-invalid and has now added Parkinson's to his medical history. I was concerned that the pedal exerciser would not be as good as the picture. Fortunately, it's an excellent piece of equipment. It's sturdy, compact, easy to use, and outstanding value for the money.
