Couldn't return but happy to keep

I bought this simple peddler for my husband; because his feet are so swollen and tender he chose not to use it. I contacted VIVIJASON and found that while returns are available for 30 days (as stated on their site) the customer must pay for the return. In my case it would cost almost the price of the article to return it. I think that should have been more obvious on the listing, but I appreciate that customer service responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry. I understand they could not stay in business if they lost money on every item returned. I decided to keep this neat little peddler and use it myself; so now I have a peddler upstairs and one downstairs.
