These sellers are incompetent. They have a narrow point of view and are not interested in yours. We had serious concerns and issues with the order from the very beginning We bought this item and the protection package and were very unhappy with the recliner. It was made for small people and was very difficult to put together. The recliner sounds good and the picture looks good but that was definitely deceiving. It was flimsy and would tip over frontwards when you tried to get off it and lock the foot rest down. After dozens of attempts to return the item by loading and unloading the two boxes which were very heavy, we had to finally stop payment on the credit card. The sellers would tell us how great the item was and how comfortable it was and how well made and how we should be so happy with the purchase and that we should pay for it and if we didn’t want it that we could give it to family members or friends or try to sell it. They never sent us a valid shipping label and I carried it back and forth to FedEx and UPS that kept telling me it was not a valid shipping label. The UPS shipping label computer at the store and my personal computer would not recognize the label and said it was not valid. The manager of the UPS Store said it was not valid. After numerous trips back and forth we finally resigned ourselves to the fact we were stuck with the cost of the recliner. The communications with the sellers were laughable it was like they didn’t understand English. I suspect they didn’t speak or write English as the first, second or even third language. Talking to them was like talking with our Black Labrador pet, duh. I didn’t give them any star rating and if I could I would have given them a negative rating. I challenge whoever decides to publish this evaluation and review. Buy American (🇺🇸 if you can). I had to give them one star ⭐️ in order to get review accepted.
