Use: For a guaranteed leak-proof seal, simply twist lid closed until the arrow is within the Seal Zone indicated on the cup rim. Care: Wash before first use. Disassemble before cleaning. Wash with hot water and mild detergent, then rinse clean. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only). Allow to dry before storage. To avoid damage, do not use a nipple brush or similar object to clean the valve.

This sippi cup is among the best one. The handles are so comfortable. it doesn't spill when my infant tries to sip. my infant drops it on the floor all the time. the cleaning is easy too.
