I did price comparison before ordering the Black and Decker 12-cup coffee maker with vacuum sealed carafe. The carafe I ordered previously from Walmart was difficult to align the cap with the pouring spout. Needless to say the coffee poured out from the side. My request for a return/refund from Walmart was confirmed. The Black and Decker coffee maker is exactly what I wanted without having to order a separate carafe. I've only used it once because the carafe kept my first pot of coffee warm overnight. I warmed my morning cup for a few seconds in the microwave. The coffee tasted as fresh as day one. In essence, I got a two for one great deal.

Have had this Black and Decker Coffeemaker for a couple weeks and so far it's great. Very easy to use, quiet while brewing and the carafe keeps the coffee nice and hot for at least 3 hours. The coffee also tastes great. Only thing I would prefer is if the little information screen was backlit as it is a little hard to read in low light. Not a big deal at all, just my preference. The price was also very reasonable compared to comparable products. Would definitely recommend.
