The K&H Pet Products Thermo-Snuggly Sleeper Heated Pet Bed’s dual thermostats provide the perfect amount of pet-pleasing warmth, and the low wattage heater is safe and efficient. Unique design makes the entire cover machine washable. The surface temperature of the K&H Thermo-Snuggly Sleeper will remain 10-15 degrees above ambient air temperature when not in use by the pet. The product is designed such that the surface will only warm to full temperature when the pet is on the bed. NOTE: The packaging may temporarily make this bed smaller than described. Allow the bed to remain out of the packaging for 48 hours. Measurements are taken from the bottom side of the bed from seam to seam. Recommended for indoor use only. MET listed. One year limited warranty.

You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Remove the cover from the bed and the heater from the pillow. Machine wash cover and pillow only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry. Dry completely before reassembly.

My two dogs love these beds! We already had one and it is consistently the bed of choice for both dogs. This was on sale on the website when we purchased it and was the best price we could find. Options were “medium” or “small”, but the description for “medium” listed the size large dimensions. We wanted the large, so we ordered the “medium” and what arrived was actually the large, so worked perfect for us. Don't expect a lot of fill in the bottom cushion. The heating pad is underneath so less fill allows the heat to work through.

This is our second KH heated dog bed. Or "heatee bed" as we call them. With two senior dogs, one big and one little, the fight for the heatee bed was a daily occurrence. Now they each have a snuggly warm bed to themselves. Never too hot, always on and easy to clean. Great buy, we highly recommend it.
