I PREFER THE ELASTIC TO BE COVERED IN FABRIC, BECAUSE, IT LASTS LONGER. YEARS AGO, HANES FOLDED THE ELASTIC INTO THE FABRIC.

Why eliminate the wide waist band?

Love the cotton fabric. Nice cut. Not giving 5 stars because miss the wide elastic waistband this model used to have. And there were a few inconsistencies in sizing. 2 out of 15 pairs were 2" smaller around the waist & thus uncomfortable to wear. I would pay more for a wide elastic waist band & consistent sizing. Thank you.
