Is as pictured. I don't like the flap on the lid. I have to use two hands to opens the lid. If I use one hand, the entire cover raises a bit. If it was more sturdy, I wouldn't have a complaint. The base I cute. I have it in my kitchen. I like that the closed lid keeps in odor.

It looks nice, but the design isn't exactly functional. The lip on the topside of the body prevents you from smoothly pulling the bag out of the top when the garbage is full. This makes it very hard to get the bag out of the trash can when it is full. Also, the hinge that the lid attaches to has to connect through the trash bag. The only way to get the hinge to seat correctly is to cut holes in the trash bag. The nylon bag that comes with it is might be useful to keep the bag from tearing while you are pulling the trash bag out,but again, you would have to cut holes in it to attach the lid properly.
