Not for bigger laptops

Fully expanded this product measures 14.25". So if your laptop is wider than 14.25" (actually width, not screen size) this product will NOT fit your laptop. As for the speakers, they were much louder than the laptop's speakers. The sound is pretty good but the controls are very minimal. There is a loud setting that had to stay checked or else it wasn't much louder than the laptop's speakers. I liked the design but can only recommend these speakers to people with laptops in the 15" screen size range.
