Tumeric Turmeric Root Curcuma longa Powder

I like this turmeric powder because I feel it is very good quality and not over priced. Since I have been using this, and I use 1 tsp daily in my breakfast smoothie, I have not needed my prescription Naproxen-which is an anti inflammatory medication. Takinging tumeric powder has wayyyy less harmful side effects than medication. In fact, I cannot think of one harmful side effect from tumeric powder.
