Great cutter for any level user

I had issues with cutting fabric using my previous cutter. It would sometimes result in shredded edges. With TrueCut Ruler's lip/guide that aligns with the TrueCut Cutter, there are no more uneven or frayed edges. It does the cut everytime except when human nature plays a role. It is easy to handle and does its job. Ladies at the local stitch club have been quilting/sewing for years and they think the TrueCut Ruler and Cutter are great.
