I bought this item for the loose skin surgery after loosing over 200 pounds. I got a size larger than I thought I would need, but it still works well for me because of the drain that I have attached to me. I will need a smaller size ( I already have one in my cart) for after the drain comes out. I actually prefer this one from the one the surgeon gave me. I would like a third one because I have to wear a binder for 2 months after surgery.
