I am so impressed with this product. I got one a couple of years ago after I had gallbladder surgery. It was wonderful for the abdominal area support but what was even more fantastic was the relief for my back! It is lightweight and breathable, but gives incredible support. I wear it all year round. I can tell a huge difference on the days I wear it as opposed to the days I am not wearing it

works for me. I have a hernia and finding something that would make me feel better and able to move around was very difficult most hernia support is designed for men. so I too a chance and it does make a difference when I am up and about. It would be very nice if there was a better selection for women with hernias.
