Highly recommend for shoulder injuries What I like about this shoulder strap is the ice pack gel. It cools quickly in the freezer and when you put it on, it wraps the entire shoulder area, including the upper bicep/triceps, shoulder, back and pectoral. So if you suffer from a strain or tendinitis, the icy temps will reach the injury and you don't have to try and guess where to ice it. Your whole shoulder is wrapped in ice.

So far,I'm very happy I have been using a larger version (also from TRAKK) which is heavier duty, but I'm leaving the country for several months and wanted an icer easier to travel with. I like the fabric liner on this one and it holds the cold for the recommended 20 minute use. The two velcro straps wrap around the knee to keep it in close contact. It will be easy to pack. I also like that I can use it for heat, as well. I tested it out before reviewing it.

Best purchase I tore my miniscus in sports and these strap Ice packs have been a game changer for me at the end of the day. The felt backing is super soft and the perfect thickness to feel the cold but not freeze. They stay cold for a very long time and freeze quickly. I have not tried heating them, but I imagine it works great as well. I love that I can get up and walk around if needed without them falling down. It's also really nice not having to move an ice pack around or hold it in place. Definitely suggest these to anyone with knee issues.
