These are incredible! The color is like a rich emerald green/Teal. They didn't give total-total blackout, but they came pretty dang close! I have 2 rods, one behind the other, so I put these behind my other Teal Velvet curtains by Opalhouse(cause those ones have cute yellow tassels and I wanted them to show) and NOW, I have complete...totally 100% blackout in the bedroom! These are absolutely perfect if you put another set in front. I'll be buying more for sure!

Had to iron (from back side) all the wrinkles out, but after doing so, think that they really look nice. The one thing that I was not crazy about was that the backing is black (not white). Other than that they are a good weight...just wish there were more width choices for us with very wide windows.
