These wild boar baby back ribs are sourced from small ranches outside San Antonio, Texas, where the pigs are feral and allowed to roam free.
The animals graze on a diet of wild nuts, fruits, pecans, and roots, which gives the meat a deliciously sweet and nutty flavor.
The wild boar meat is never given antibiotics, hormones, or steroids, and the pigs are humanely trapped and transported for slaughter - never hunted.
The meat is flash frozen using a process that rapidly freezes the food to lock in freshness, taste, and quality by minimizing ice crystal formation.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Best Method: Thaw in Refrigerator Overnight- Roasting – Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chops in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes per side or to the desired doneness. The Second Best Method is to thaw in the Refrigerator Overnight. Grilling: Season each side, then grill over medium heat, basting frequently with your favorite barbecue sauce. The Quickest Method is to keep the product in its packaging and submerge it in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes or until completely thawed.
