We love this hex bar!
My wife and I both use this at least once a week for our training and it’s perfect for her smaller frame(she’s 5’ so larger bars are difficult for her to unrack and rerack), and maintains a heavy load for me, without being extremely large (like many hex bars unfortunately large). This works perfect for us. Great for addition for a physique athlete (her) or multifaceted fitness enthusiast.

Great bar...
Maybe my favortite purchase along with the SSB. Might even put it into "game changer" status. Alternative and/or supplement to deadlifts and squats. Upper back, quad focused. Limited to 315 lbs. due to sleeve length. Not a big deal for me. Buy it!

Great Buy!!!
I haven't been able to deadlift for 2 years due to a lower back injury. This bar helped me rehabbing my lower back and going back to over 400lbs deadlift over the course of just 3 months! If you're on the fence or haven't deadlifted due to injury, this bar is a great way to get back in the deadlift game. The only downside is the short sleeves. I was able to load it up to 435lbs max( with steel plates), so if you're on the stronger side this might be a limiting factor. Otherwise it's a no brainer!
