This composite deck railing is low maintenance, and does not require additional prep work such as sanding, painting, or sealing. It also has pre routed baluster holes for simple installation. This durable residential deck railing will not rot, peel, or splinter and resists mold and mildew. Each kit includes a top rail, bottom rail, hardware, and footblocks. Balusters and Gaskets are sold separately. When installed in residential applications, the TimberTech RadianceRail Express Composite Railing is backed by 25 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
