Easy to Use - Does it's job

The mug is a little heavy, but it has a nice big handle so I can get a good grip. It keeps coffee hot for over an hour, but apparently I'm as slow drinker and wish it kept it hot a little longer. Compared to others I've shopped for, this was a great value at less than $40.
